Is it possible to remove the heater core on a -69 deville with Engine in Car  everything is in the way...... /Peter

Without looking at the FSM, I would say yes, the heater core can be removed with the engine in place.  I say this because I cannot imagine the engineers who designed the car in 1967 or 1968 would have force the engine to be removed to service the heater core.

That's my guess.
