All I did was create a few posts on the message board and upload some Cadillac pictures.

Im not sophisticated enough to sabotage a website, Im still using breaker point ignition and using an antique siphon feed spray gun from 1990.

Oh well, you wanted to be a webmeister, no picnic but you are an expert, you can handle it.

I joined the CLC just for your proposed Modified chapter, FWIW.

HT, " high technology ", what happens when you expect too much too soon.

No prob, Stampie will just drop a 500 under the hood of the modified website and all will be well.

Be patient, an engine swap can take longer than a weekend.

HT vs OT (Old Tech). Maybe go back further with an old 345 Flathead with Offenhauser heads and a trio of Stromberg 97s would do it.

Mike,

Your new engine will be modified with new technology, just like GM did every year.

The end result will be a modified upgraded engine with great performance and longevity.

Why would you choose to do anything other than improve, upgrade or modify a new rebuilt engine ?

Best of all, no one would ever know to look at the engine so you are tailor made for the modified chapter and providing a viable alternative modification.

I look forward to seeing the pictures of the engine rebuilding and the finished end product.

Go try to buy a new car today that has any real individual style and class that doesnt look like the other ride, except for maybe a new Cadillac with the art & science styling, which after all is a derivative of the stealth bomber aircraft, just like the aircraft derived Cadillac fins.

Your 85 Eldo will make a fine ride,  show us how it is done.
