No real secret here.

At the top of thew Forum Page is the headings:

CLC Home    Forum Home    Forum Rules    Help    Search    Admin    Moderate    Profile    My Messages    Calendar    Members    Logout.

Move the cursor to "My Messages", and it will highlight two dropdowns:
"Read your Messages", and "Send a Message"

Hit the "Send a Message", and it opens up a screen where you can type in a message, and you pick the addressee from the Members Listing in the above headings.

If you are looking at the Profile of the person you want to send the message to, to the left, there is a place that says "Send a Personal Message."   Hit that, and the page to type the message in is there to complete, and then hit send.

If you want to save the message in your Sent Box on the Forum, tick the "Save Message" box.

G'day Tibor,

I see what you mean, and bearing that Jeffs' posting was way back in 2007, and the website has been totally redesigned since then.

The heading is now a simply, "post a question" and someone will answer it.   But, the question has to be about the computer side of the Forum, and not car related.
