PRIVATE MESSAGES

I wish the CLC would fix the PRIVATE MESSAGE  system.  If I get a message and
try to REPLY, it starts asking me WHO THE MESSAGE IS FOR!  I thought that info
was built into a reply.  I type in the name of the sender, but that is rejected, ERROR. 
I cannot answer, except on the public forum.  I can't eve sent to the web master,
for the same reason.

The sender's name is there, under the blank box.

If you want to reply to that person, there is no need to fill in any information in that box.
