There's a few out there if you search, but any machine shop can make out of brass.   I made one from nylon as a temporary.

I learned of a new parts place.  The name apparently started out exclusive but they've branched out to other makes now.
I was looking at their site and they show the ferrule.

I looked at the site and the one they show will work for 50-58.  The spacer was changed to have 0.50" radius on the ends vs. a 45 degree chamfer.  There must have a been a reason to make the change, most likely to allow for a bit more variation of the spacer when seating against the fittings.  The ones I make have the 0.50" radius.

FYI: the reproduction fuel tanks for 48 and 49 don't need this bushing.  A compression fitting is machined into the place where the fuel line screws in, which takes the place of the bushing.
