I believe this was removed from a 1958 fleetwood (not 1958 eldorado brougham) , 1959 and 1960 eldorado brougham, deville and fleetwood have different power steering attachment, but the compressor portion is the same?  Part number is imaged for reference . The unit does not turn by hand, it's been 'shelved' dry  of lubricant for 40 years. Please Consider it a core.
