Hello!  I have a member who is in need of a good set of wheels for his 1959 convertible.  The originals are 15x6 but I don't know the offset.  I'm thinking that he should just buy some new ones from a place like Wheels Vintique, but I need to be sure that his original hubcaps will fit.  His old ones are taking too much weight to balance and he's running radials.
Thanks for your help!

I take it that he has tried balancing them without tyres fitted, but with an allowance for the Valve Stem?   And without the Valve Stem?

If they aren't bent out of shape, then I would be looking at the Balancer to see if that is out.

If the tires are installed on those wheels, it would be interesting to know which brand. Some radial tires are so bad built that balancing is impossible.

Ive gone to Kelsey Hayes replica wire wheels.
Im tired of losing hubcaps with radials.
