Hi,
I am looking to replace the 429 engine on my 1964 Sedan Deville,
Is anyone aware where I could get one in good condition?

Many thanks,

Be sure to look for 64 only. 65 and up have a different location for the engine mounts.
Also, you didn't mention what transmission that is in your car.  Two transmissions were used in 64, so there are two variants of 64 engines.  The crank makes the difference.

Jason Edge will likely have one.  He is in the club and one this forum.
