I HAVE A SET OF SUNVISIORS IN A 1958 CADILLAC 62 FOUR DOOR. AFTER STUDYING THE WAY THE COULD BE REMOVED. LOOKS LIKE THE COLLAR COULD JUST BE TURNED AND THE VISOR SHOULD COME OUT. QUESTION IS... WHAT WORKS BEST TO REMOVE THEM WITHOUT ANY DAMAGE TO THE VISOR.

They probably had a tool for that, spanner wrench # J-5143 (joking). You could use a pair of right angle needle nose pliers?
