The passenger Sun visor has a mirror. On either side of that mirror is a bulb, shielded by a rectangular plastic cover. I'm missing one of these plastic covers, and would enjoy having one for completeness.

Anyone have one or know where I could get one?

Thank you!

Hello, the illuminated vanity mirror visor was used as an accessory option on all big GM cars from 1973 thru 1976, both closed & convertible models; even Buick Centurion/Lesabre, Pontiac Grandville, Olds Delta 88, & Chevy Caprice.
Should not be too hard to find on Ebay; get the GM part # off the lens you do have, & look up that # on ebay. Good luck, John

Thanks! Not finding any item numbers on the "glass" or elsewhere on the mirror light. The cross-compatibility information may be helpful if I can find a parts car.

Hi Paul, I am in need of all of the brackets and pulleys.  Don't need the intake or exhaust manifolds but other than that it is a bare 472 engine.  Please PM me with a price and where you are located.
Thanks very much.

Edit: I have sent you a PM with my email and cell number.
Edit #2.  Also need the rocker shafts and rockers.

Hello, respectfully, as a new member, how did this person's inquiry for a lens, turn into a discussion about pulleys & non related stuff???
Ben, I found a vanity mirror flap door with mirror & both lenses, that I would sell for $49+ shipping, if you wish to go that way. It is a light brown color on the flap door. Can send photo(s).Let me know, thanks, John

G'day John,

It is not surprising just how threads go off track, or veer from the initial path.

When one is looking for parts, one takes every opportunity to find stuff when someone indicates that they possibly have the part/s that one is looking for.

Paul mentioning that he had access to a car/parts that could include the wanted parts, all can break loose.

One day, you might be in the same boat, and there is no reason why you yourself might proceed to wander.

Mr. Devil, I never wander from my chosen path; I exercise some form of self control. This should (I would imagine) not just be a wild "free for all" if someone wants a specific item. Just start a new thread if you are looking for pulleys or whatever.

Thanks, John! I did find one on eBay that I think will work...if it does not I will plan to contact you about yours.

And I don't mind the change from the original topic- I'm glad these two were able to connect and hopefully help each other out!

RE: brackets and pulleys --- One of the vendors (Paul Wier) answering "benji808's" request for the sun visor bulb cover mentioned in Reply #5 that he did not have the item, but in that same post he also mentioned that he had pulleys and brackets.  Since that was a need of mine, I took advantage of the opportunity to respond.  While we all like the posts to stay on topic, I don't think this was a big whoops.  I have discovered
that finding all of those pulleys and brackets was no easy task, and I grabbed the chance to tell Mr. Wier (whom I had not seen on these forums before) while he was still around.
As it turns out he did have everything I needed and he is a fine fellow to deal with.
Thank you, Bruce, for your understanding, we all need just a little slack now and then.

Thank you all for the help! Ultimately I was able to source the lense from Desert Valley Auto Parts. Looked like they had a few old Caddy's sitting around in case anyone else is looking for an obscure trim piece or something similar.
