I have most every part to convert a 49 to stick shift including steering column, clutch pedal, etc.  I can delivery to GN.  Email and later phone if interested to discuss.  brad@ipsengarage.com

Do you still have?  Is the steering column origonally a 3sd column or a converted hydramtic column.  Do you know what 3spd columns interchange with a 1949 series 62?

Still have these parts.  This came out of a 62 series.  Would have to check the parts book for interchange to other series but off hand I would think it would interchange with all except maybe 75 series.  Email direct if interested.  Address above.
