OK, I should have just asked this in my thread about the top.  With just a one track mind, I have to go on just one subject at a time.  So, just like the top has been down for over 41 years, so have the windows.  I'm assuming they are electric, right?  Any special considerations I should know about before putting in a battery and trying to raise the glass after all these years?  Thanks in advance.  Lou

You're correct; 1954 was the first year for all-electric (instead of Hydro-Lectric) windows and seat.

Spray some silicone lubricant on the window channels to ease their ascent.

If nothing happens when you flip the switch, take it off and clean the contacts. When nothing happens, that's almost always the problem - little surface corrosion.
