‘78 Eldorado am/fm/cb antenna

Hello everyone, I recently acquired a '78 Eldorado. The am/fm/cb antenna doesn't go up or down. I can hear the motor running so I'm sure that the cable is broken. Is a repair cable for this antenna available? Thanks....

I am not aware of any direct replacement cables specific to that antenna, but I can install a new cable, as I repair antennas.
