I'm out of country and have a friend looking after the Black Beauty. He's vexxed with battery troubles and it's taking more energy to watch the car than he'd hoped. I'm trying to find a dependable shop that can have a look at things, etc without him going through the trouble of trying to find one.

My normal guy is 3-hours away in Maryland.

What kind of problems is he having?  Does the battery go dead in a few days, a week, or a month?  What kind of battery?  How old?  Need more info to help you out.  Is your friend "some what" mechanically inclined?
