I found the other image that did not originally post.

Good news It does not appear to have broken studs in it, but anticipate the holes will need further attention with the threads.

Looks like they might have been spray painted am I seeing it correctly? My eldo has both but driver side is pretty shot was hoping to get a better one to have rechromed

Yes, I agree they have been spray painted as how I received them. They do appear to have been cleaned first of both residual chrome plating and corrosion.
