If you get the "Old Cars" newspaper, be sure to see Terry Wengers beautiful 38-9039 Sixteen Town Sedan on page 29 of this weeks issue. This is the car that was in a feature article in the Self-Starter a few months ago which was written by the owner. Heres the caption: "This 1938 Cadillac Model 90 Town Sedan by Fleetwood brought smiles to owner Terry Wenger of Missouri, a longtime member of the CCCA and the Cadillac-LaSalle Club and a renowned expert on V-16s.  This car tied for first place in class with 98.25 points" (at the CCCAs 53rd annual meet in St. Louis earlier this month).
