Replacing front wheel cylinders and the cylinders in the car have only one mounting hole. NAPA found 2 but said they are both the same. Usually, Wheel cylinders are different form left side to right side. Is this correct, or do I need to look further?

Roger Zimmermann

For once, they are indeed the same RH and LH! There is only one part number in the MPL.

If there are 2 listed look at the bore size and fitting size.  Seems like perhaps the fitting size was an indicator of the bore size to make it less likely of installing the wrong one.

Thank you both for the replies. I feel much better now. The box said 57 thru 60 Cadillac and both do look the same. I know you know what you are talking about.

1957 to 1960 front wheel cylinders are the same for all models, including 75 and CC.
