Did it sell? or is it yet to be sold? or auctioned?
Was assistance provided?
How did it look? The good? The bad?
Did the ones looking for assistance win the bidding?
Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
We need the "rest of the story"!
The car is being auctioned Friday night at the RM auction at Hershey.
I'll be looking it over for the interested party and have an appointment Friday afternoon to check out and drive he car.
I'll report back.
Brian
I did my evaluation on the car and got to drive it for about 15 minutes.
It's a very nice car, needs a few tweaks but runs and drives correctly.
Air ride functions properly and the car floats line it should.
Nothing quite like an air ride Cadillac.
We will see how the auction goes and what the car buds to.
There's also a 57 and 58 that are quite spectacular.
Brian
Brian,
Well... is the auction over? Who bought it? Your guy or someone else.
Thanks, Bob
The auction is over.
The gentleman I was working with was the successful bidder on the Persian 59.
He got the Cadillac bug and also bought a 1931 V 16 Coupe.
Hopefully our newest CLC Member.
We will be going over the V-16 in the morning and making arrangements for transport.
Long day but productive.
Brian
Brian,
Good deal! Hopefully, he'll post some pictures.
Bobby
Brian, was that eldo a factory persian car or did it have a color change ?
Ray, here's an earlier discussion of the car.

Eric, thanks, it looks like you already had covered the color change issue.
Color was originally white.
Complete factory air was added.
RM also had an impressive book with all of the original literature including build sheet.
A mystery box was sitting on the back seat with tons of new parts including 4 nos air bags.
A pleasant surprise. Restoration was impeccable and the air ride works 100 percent and the car does not sink down at all when parked.
Brian
Brian,
Where does the new owner reside? What CLC region would he be a member off is purpose of question.
