I drove my 62 for the first time ever ( for me) today. I plan on taking it to Lake George but I still have a few bugs to work out. The tranny and motor worked amazing. I need to change the 4 ply tires though, they are deadly.

I'm glad I have a few months to go. I'll do as many miles as I can.
I need to get the heater core redone, horns don't work or the neutral safety switch but she is getting miles on her.

Looks great!! I drove a friend 61 Electra the other day and agree the old bias ply tires aren't that confidence inspiring.
