The generator tell tale light keeps blowing when I shut down the engine.It only seems to happen when the engine is idling high (when the choke is on).I can't recall it happening when the engine is at normal idle.The light wasn't working when I bought the car (I know why now) so I changed it and lost count how many more times I've changed it since.I often shut the car down while the choke is on because when I take it out I have to shuffle a few cars around.Fuel is to precious and exspensive to leave cars idling for ten minutes.
Any suggestions. ???

This problem is on a 59 eldo?
73 Eldo convert w/FiTech EFI, over 30 years of ownership and counting
Somewhat recently deceased daily drivers, 80 Eldo Diesel & 90 CDV
And other assorted stuff I keep buying for some reason
