Does anyone have a list of what all the numbers and letters mean on the body tag/cowl tag for a 1960 cadillac?

In the Club's "Cadillac Database", there are some pages on "Styling" and "Styling Codes".  Check out this page and look for "Alpha-numerical accessory codes"; you probably will find most if not all of them here:
