Need help identifying 1956 Exhaust tip?

I have an exhaust tip for a 1956 Cadillac. But no part number. My parts book list two different ones for that year. PN 351 0988 for 1956 exc. 6737SDX, 67SX. CC after engine no. 67753, then PN 351 0386 for 1956-CC.  The stainless tip on the end is surrounded by a thin pressed sheet metal housing painted black, two mounting holes on each end, and one top center. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
