I'm travelling to my first Grand National from Australia, as I am a sports nut as well I am keen to catch some American pro sport ie baseball, football, basketball etc on route to Cherry Hill . I will be in LA on the 29/7 and 30/7, L.Vegas 31/7 to 3/8, then Memphis to New York via Washington from 4/8 to 12/8 . Can anyone help me with any ideas .
Regards
Rob

Hi Rob: Here are a couple of web sites to consider. If you have time in LA you should visit the Peterson Auto Collection. In Vegas visit the Imperial Palace Auto Collection and in Washington area visit the Smithsonian Space Museum. If you want to take in a show in Vegas suggest you make your reservations for any of the shows before you leave Australia. That time of the year in Vegas, the shows sell out quickly.  Enjoy your trip

G'day Rob,

I cannot help you with the sport's angle but one of your countrymen, Bruce from Tasmania, is also coming for Cadillac Nationals.

Contact him.

I am sure he can help you find the most miseable, most humid, the absolute most hottest parts of the US to visit that he experienced on his last trip to the States...LOL!

And with thousands of pictures for evidence!  LMAO!
