I'd like to get a pic of the generator, showing the top bracket attachment to the engine.  My car had an aftermarket a/c unit- which I removed- and it seems something is missing, or the bracket was shortened.  Does it attach to the top water pump bolt?  Bracket does not allow enough adjustment the way it is now.  THANKS MUCH.

Roger- That really is a beautiful engine bay.  Can you confirm that the top gen. bracket is attached at the upper water pump bolt- can't quite tell from the photo.  If so, looks like mine was shortened.  Thanks a lot! Charlie

Thank you Charlie! Yes, it is attached to the upper bolt of the water pump. I know that the picture would not show it explicitely but I have other ducument showing that the upper bolt is the correct one.

The adjustment bracket on AC equipped cars is shorter than the one used for non-AC cars.
