I have a 1974 Eldorado convertible and as is the case with most of these vehicles, the bumper fillers are in bad shape.  I was planning to get new bumper fillers for the front (these are the bad ones) and install them.  Can anyone guide me on how to replace these?  Is it a major project involving removing anything in order to install the new ones or is it fairly easy?  Thanks for any input.
