I think I can tell you what it isn't. It's not a 54,5,6 gas door button. That narrows it to 48-53 I would think.
What is the diameter of the lens?

I thought maybe you titled it "i" to get us to look at it out of curiosity and it worked for me.  The downside is that you have to be really accurate with the mouse/cursor to click on it!

Trust me I am not computer smart enough to think of that.  I don't know how I did that (The I) .  The lense meaures 1 1/4 ".

Yes, the 54,5,6 buttons' lenses are 7/8" diam. and attach differently.

         It looks like you have a 57 taillight gas door button i just put a new lenz in mine and it look's just like it.
