I wouldn't pour anything down the carb. I've never heard of seafoam.

Cars can sit for 20 years or more without being started and crank right up without any trouble. You're not going to be leaving it sit that long so don't risk any problems with crazy stuff. A little oil in the spark plugs is about all I would do. Eve3n that isn't really necessary for  just a few months, though. Modern oils have good sticking qualities.

Fill your gas tank to the very top to prevent condensation and add some Sta-Bil to it.

That's it.

Seafoam is a gasoline additive that among other things helps slow it's breakdown similar to Sta-bil. I have had good results with both Seafoam and Sta-bil in my cars, boats and lawn mowers. If non-oxygenated (no ethanol) fuel is available in your area spend the extra bucks especially at storage time.

Ya if you are planning several years of storage or some really extreme climate (not the US) it may be worth some extra measueres but for the typical seasonal or so storage the fresh fluids (oil, coolant, ect...) and a full tank of non ethanol fuel should do fine. You dont have to go nuts and get a transmission flush unless it needs it anyway, just do what is 'due'.  I personally use a can of seafoam in the fuel and make sure to drive it enough to get it mixed through the whole system.   For startup I pull the ignition coil wire (or fuel pump relay) and crank the engine till the oil pressure comes up.  Reconnect and start normally.
