I just came upon this forum, and I am hoping someone could help me.  My grandfather, last name, Heurtley bought new a 1932 V8 roadster in NYC.  He sold the car in Sharon CT in 1957, to a guy in Canaan, CT.  It is pictured here.  This color photo was taken around the time he sold it, for $1500!  It was in very good original condition when sold in 1957.  Just wondering if anyone knows the car.  Thanks  Al

Allen, it's a 32. What a beautiful little roadster & rare too. It has the optional SS spoked wheels, wing wings & lady hood ornament. WOW. I like the B&W photo best. It shows all the original trim, etc. When was that taken? By sale time it was converted to sealed beams & who knows what else was changed.  I'm sure the car has survived. Do you have the serial #? Yes, its a beautiful 32 Roadster.  The tail light and side compartment door is different on a 31.
