HI GUYS!  I just can't recollect if wire wheels were ever offered as original equipment for 1975 and 1976 Cadillacs - de Villes and eldorados? Let me know if anyone knows!  THANKS!  EAM

No OEM for the Eldo and I'm pretty sure none for the DeVille either.

I agree -- not OEM -- especially for the FWD Eldorado with the heavy steel wheels they
required.  Any wires could have been aftermarket "add-on's" for the RWD cars.  None, to
my knowledge, were ever available aftermarket for the Eldo.

Note -- we're talking wheels not "wheel covers" -- I've seen a few of these on the RWD
Devilles and such.

Genuine wire wheels were newly available on Deville and Fleetwood for the 1978 model year as well as being standard on the
Seville Elegante.
The wire wheel disc cap became available in 1976.
