Oil pan removal on a 57 Seville

Quick question here, can the pan come down without lifting the engine, just dropping the steering linkage and starter?  Thanks for any help.  Shep

Short: Yes.

A bit tricky to get the gasket right on reassembly but you'll figure it out.

Thanks for th info, I use fine black thread though the bolt holes to tie the gasket onto the pan to hold it it in place.
