61,
Air flow quantity has very little to do with the mixture consistency.  What is it that makes you think your car is running too lean? Is it stumbling, surging or other sign, and what fuel are you using?

it bogs from the start a little bit, the spark plugs are new with around 200 miles on them and the color is almost white, I only use 91 ... i think its running lean but i might be wrong

61,
At first blush I would suggest you rebuild the carb and replace the accelerator pump (or have the carb done by someone capable) and as well as cleaning out the jets, etc. all the rod adjustments should be done to specs. New plugs should be close to the color they came out of the box which is white.
Does the car idle well, and when you are at highway speeds driving up a grade is the engine smooth?

670cfm seems to ring a bell.  Carter or Rochester?
