Does anybody know how to rebuild the vacuum actuators?
OR does anybody have a good one around?

Looks like the 68/9 Camaro RS vacuum actuator is a 99% match to the original ones that I have in my 67 Eldorado.
You can buy these for about $80 from the Chevy guys, no need to pay a HUGE markup for ones that are listed as for "Cadillac Only" for almost 4 TIMES that amount.

IIRC the fitting at the end of the rod is different and the rod itself is different so that you can not just change the fitting.

The Eldorado actuator has a ¼ - 20 threaded end for the clevis to screw on.  I don’t remember what the Chevy unit has, but I remember it is not a ¼ - 20.

If some one knows what the end of the rod on the Chevy unit is please post it here.

Thanks
Glen

That seems to be the only difference at the moment. I was going to make a "bushing" to fit in the end to take up any "slop"
