Ok all you Cadillac heads...I own a '63 sdv and upon routine maintanance and just looking her over, I found a 7 digit number stamped on firewall on drivers side...UPSIDE DOWN. I don't know too many oldtimers so I called a dealer...uh, "a 63 you said"?  one guy said to me...Here you go...the number is 4891632 (upsidedown)...if you need any more numbers here yo are...body FW 5614, trim 44, style 6339,motor number 63B035751. Hmmm...............

if the car was ever in a salvage yard it could be a stock number...i had a 56 chevy that was done this way. not sure though.

Just a guess, but 4891632 sounds like a GM part number of that era.
