I believe Steele Rubber sells the sash lower channel.  You'll have to cut off and weld the brackets from the old one on the new and of course get it chromed.

Once you've done that, get yourself some Everseal (at least that's what we call it in Eastern Canada).  It's a thin rubber that wraps the edge of the glass and then you slide your sash channel on over that.  Ususally, a rubber mallet is a good aid here.  Then, hit it with a good shot of WD-40 to make the Everseal swell, trim back with a razor blade, and voila, you're done.

If your sash channel is not rotted out (just caught that) just CAREFULLY pull the old one off the bottom of the glass being sure not to bend it.  A nylon block and a rubber mallet also work wonders here.  Rest the nylon block along the edge of the sash channel and gently hammer it off.  Make sure you don't hit in just one spot.  Move the block along the channel so that it comes off evenly.
