The parking lights on the right rear will not work.  The top two large bulbs only work when the turn signal is on or the brake.  The small bulb on bottom does work when parking lights are on.  The left side rear work fine, no problem.
Has anyone ever had this problem, trying to get car inspected.

Assuming you have checked the bulbs and they are OK, I would be looking at the wiring harness behind the lamp housing. The wiring is in a spot where there could be corrosion. Since the small parking bulb at the bottom is working, then there will be power to the harness.

Look for corroded wiring or terminals in the connector first.
