We need more information.  The problem could be burned out lights, bad grounds in the light sockets as well as the turn signal switch or brake light switch.

Check the simple things first. I don't know the Buick, but imagine its similar to Cadillac - I own a 1956 sedan and have had two minor tail light related issues. The tail-light bulb housings are grounded through the body of the car by the mounting screws, so first make sure the bulb bracket screws are tight and free of dirt. I also had a brake light switch go bad and I replaced it with a general auto parts store replacement. I only had to add a couple washers to get the spacing exactly where it needed to be. It was mentioned by Don about the fuse. If none of the mentioned fixes don't change anything then maybe it is related to the turn signal switch. However, another quick and cheap try is to purchase a new blinker relay that plugs into the fuse panel. I also had to replace that a few months ago - its only a few bucks.

Just be happy it's not a modern car.  My friend had a turn signal go out on his 2002 LeSabre.  It was a module in the column.  He ended up having to have the whole column replaced!!!!

Why are we talking about a Buick?  I thought this was a Cadillac forum?

"Why are we discussing a Buick problem?"

Well, I'd look at it this way:  it's a problem that could arise on any car and one that may have happened on someone's Cadillac.  One of our members is looking for advice.

If my car were broken and I needed assistance, I'd look to my friends.  I see it as a "GM" electrical system issue and all the GM's had systems by Delco.

As for the issue at hand:  it happened after replacing the radiator--is it possible one of the connectors to the parking lamp inadvertently became disconnected at the radiator cradle?

turns-out it was a fuse problem. Think men for the advise. Jim
