1962 Generator Tag

On my generator is a pentagon-shaped tag:  At top is "Ground Terminal...(word obscured by age)."  At bottom is "Regulator Lead Connected"   At very bottom is the number "DR-9117"(Must be the tag ID).   Anyone have one of these or know where a replacement can be found?  Many thanks, Mack

This is what would've been there from the factory.  They're available from USA Parts Supply, Original Parts Group, and probably many other companies as this would've been a common decal.

I think that sign was just paper-board that hung on the terminal not a decal applied like a sticker.
