I just bought a 1951 model 62,  I have a body number FW11664, Trim number 41 and paint number 8-K.  Can anyone tell me what these code are?  Also where can I get a parts catolog for a 51 caddy?

Someone more familiar with '51s will give you the exact color codes. I think the paint is a shade of grey.

There is no parts catalog for your car. There are dozens of different vendors that sell new and used parts for these vehicles, however. Below are two lists of some of them (there are a couple duplicates. It was easier to cut and paste):

I should give credit to ST Dog who posted the second half of that list on the Modified Cadillac forum. I had a lot of those already but he had them all in one place so it made it easier.

Here's some more useful places:

Some of those, such as Atwater Kent, do 1920s and 1930s stuff.

I'm sure if I ever get that pre-war Packard I've always wanted or a '41 60 Special I'll accumulate a similar list. (probably won't be as long, though)

Part of the question was sure answered well. Maybe it should be added to the frequent question section.
The trim number 41 is Light gray figured cloth and dark gray plain broadcloth.
THe paint number 8 ( not 8-K) is Savoy Gray ( dark medium gray with a blue tone),wheels Vincennes red standard. Savoy Gray optional. There are 8 and 8K combinations in 1954 , but they are one tone and two tone greens. In 1949/50 in the parts book it uses K as an interior gray color designation. Sorry ,I just don't know what this should be. Warren
