Need help in identifying the correct door weatherstripping.  I'm trying to restore my '48 which was missing the door weatherstrips.  Anyone know where I can purchase them or at least where I can get a sample.  Steele Products does not have them for this car.

Thank you
Frank

You might try Rubber the Right Way, GT Restoration or SofSeal.

Click on the link in my signature to find their contact information along with dozens more Cadillac parts Specialists.

There are a couple companies that deal in general restoration supplies and other hard to find things.

Ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for YOURSELF

Try cleanseal.com  they had 100' roll of my 55 door trim at 50 cents a foot!  way cheaper than others and great quality product.  This is where the current coachbuilders get it.

Just curious..how many feet did it take, or did you just buy a full 100 foot roll?  I think I've found a source for all my weatherstripping needs!  Many thanks!
