ANY SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO REPLACE THE TRAILING ARM BUSHINGS (TRICKS OF THE TRADE) WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED . FINDING THE PARTS WOULD BE HELPFUL , AS WELL .

It's not a difficult job but you will need a press to remove the old bushes and push in the new ones.  Get a metal tube slightly larger than the bushes, place the trailing arm on the tube.  You'll need a tube quiet heavily built or it will just crush.  Then get a socket the same size as the bush and the press will push on the socket forcing the old bush down into the larger tube...easy.  Installation is basically reverse procedure.

It can't hurt to take photos or measure before you remove the old bushes so you know how far to press in the new ones.

When installing the arms back in the car the bolts should be tightened at ride height.  If you tighten them with the suspension hanging this will place extra stress on the bushes at ride height and they'll wear out quickly or even tear.
