Could be almost anything, with the Cadillac crest installed. I don't think it would be a sidemount cover as they are not full circles. Terrible waste of a good part (if you need one)

Exactly, I would try to reunite it with a proper car but if i don't know what it came off of I can't help anyone out.

You can wittle it down a little Tom as Cadillac I think offered a rear mount spare only up to 34 or 35, thats if it truly is Cadillac? the crest could have been put on anything. Steve

My '35 has a rear mounted spare but the cover looks a little different than that one and has no crest.  That crest looks like an add-on to give the clock an identity.
