This appeared with a number of Cadillac LaSalle parts.  Would this be from a Cadillac of the 40's? If so, what year(s)?
1927 (7400) and 1940 (5267) LaSalles; 1949 Cadillac 6107

I have nearly an identical wiper control on my 39 60S.  The only difference is that the knob is plastic.
