Does the '57 deck lid from a Coupe fit the '58 coupe? Thanks for any help! Dani B.

Not positive, but I think the 60 Special trunk lid is the same as the '57 coupes.

You would probably be best off to get one from a series 62, not a deVille, since the deVille trunk will have the holes for the CADILLAC lettering whereas the 62 had the crest and V.

I don't need a deck lid, I need to get rid of one (I've offered it on this forum and didn't get any responses, so now its currently on Ebay) and an interested buyer asked if it would fit his '58 Coupe; I didn't know how to respond. I appreciate your responses on this subject! Thanks again, Dan B.

I will expand on my first posting. According to my Hollander manual the series 62 coupe deck lids will interchange for '57/'58 and the series 62 convertible deck lids will interchange. Coupes and convertibles do not interchange. The series 62 standard deck and series 75 sedans will interchange. 60S is year and model specific.
