Does anyone have a copy of The Self Starter issue that featured the article on Ed Glowacke?  I need to get a copy to put with an original design drawing by him that I own.

If you can be more precise (with the year and/or month) I probably have it and could scan it for you.

Are you thinking of the one that shows him with a 1958 Cadillac styling exercise?

Or, are you thinking of the photo recently republished in Self-Starter of him with
Chuck Jordan?  In that one, Ed is squatting on the floor holding an airbrush,
putting some more light on a 1959 Cadillac drawing.  That photo is in the Hendry
book.

Probably the earlier one.  I remember it showed a rerndering of his of an open front town car proposal.  I have an original design drawing of his and want to put a copy of that article with it.

I will look a little more.  I can recall an article showing him near a '58 Cadillac with fine mesh grille that looked just a little too much like a Chevrolet....  It may be in an annual.

Maybe not of any interest to you, there is a Glowacke drawing on the back of the January 2001 Self-Starter.  A car with 1954-ish tail fins, 1957-8 windshield and backlight, and preposterous rear bumper ends with quad exhaust pipes in each.

Thanks for the update.  I will have to get a copy of that.  I have 2 concept drawings, one by Glowacke and one by Peter Wozena that were found when Lone Star Cadillac in Dallas closed their old location.  Any idea how these could wound up in a dealership basement?
