I am planning on reupholstering the front and back seat on my 55 Cadillac 4dr. Fleetwood. I got a quote from SMS on what it would cost per yard not cheap. My questions are - does anyone else supply this fabric, how much would I need for the front and back, and I live in southeastern Wisconsin does anyone know of a good upholsterer to sew and install the covers? Thanks Bob

Bob,

Can't help on material source, or pricing, but can recommend a shop.  I used Perfection Auto Trim, on S.108th to put a top on my car.  Yes, they do upholstery.  The shop is very professional, clean and has it all together.  I would definitely go there to see the operation for yourself, and check it out.

You are not going to find original fabric cheap anywhere. Cal Jenkins for a comparison with SMS.
