Can anyone direct me to a good source to get new A/C parts for my 1970.I don't want to use "USED" stuff.only actual GM parts.

I highly doubt anything will be available new from the dealer. Even through the aftermarket, much is not available anymore.

You might try Evercool products. They are a division of Standard Automotive which carry an extensive catalogue of AC parts. However parts like the POA valve may not be available at all through them.

I bought an expansion valve at the dealer for my 70 not long ago and also located a NOS evaporater core at another dealer. Many of these parts spanned many years and models. try here for other parts http://www.classicautoair.com/

Old Air Product in Texas will rebuild dash panel controls an servo's. But the do not have the correct hoses for a '70. Some parts are available on Rockauto.com. Hoses, evaporators and condensors are hard to find
