The power rear windows go down but not up. Actually they will go up if I have someone pull them up while I use the window switch.Does this sound like a do it yourself job or need tech? Any suggestions on where to purchase window motors/parts if needed? Thanks.

Click the link in my signature for a list of Cadillac parts vendors. Lots of salvage parts sellers. Hydro-E-Lectric might also be able to help you.

You'll need to take the panel off to check for obstructions, gunk in the tracks, etc. Spray some silicone on the guides so the motor doesn't have to work so hard.
