Does anyone reproduce the long narrow decal that is mounted on the base of the box ?? (under the hood)

Yes, Call McVey's. They sell a whole package of decals for everything but I think they'll sell individual ones.

Pat,

Are you referring to the long strip with the serial number, made in USA, etc  which is glue to the side of the amplifier chassis?

I’m not sure if anyone makes those labels since they will have to be specific for the year and serial number of the unit.
