CLC SHOW AT KELLY CADILLAC, LANCASTER, PA ON SATURDAY JUNE 5

The Central Pennsylvania Region of CLC presents its Twentieth Annual Spring Show on Saturday June 5 at Kelly Cadillac-Saab, 1986 State Road, Lancaster, PA 17601.  The dealership is conveniently located right off Route 283.  Show hours are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. 

Plans are in the works for a super event, with a live DJ to play our favorite car tunes.  Food and beverages will be available.  Dash plaques will be presented to the first 50 registrants.  Judging will be "peer judging".

All makes of cars are welcome.  We will have ten classes for Cadillacs and LaSalles, and two classes for other makes.  Each class will have trophies for first, second and third place winners.  We will also have a Long Distance Award and two Best of Show awards -- one for Cadillac/LaSalle and one for other makes.

Car registration is $12.00 for pre-registrations received by May 31, and $15.00 after May 31 or day of show.  Make checks payable to "Central Penn Region CLC", and send registrations to:

That's what I call a dealer that offers the best and the worst.   

Cadillac and Saab??? What a combination that is.    But then, what better way to make sure your premium offerings sell out.

Until very recently, Saab was a GM-owned company, which made it a logical "companion car"
to be offered by a Cadillac dealer to increase volume.  (Many Cadillac dealers also sold Oldsmobiles for many years, but we know how that story ended.)   The Saab brand has enjoyed a loyal and affluent owner base, and by all accounts, Kelly has built a fine reputation among Saab owners in the geographic area it serves.

The Central Penn Region appreciates the enthusiastic support of our local Cadillac dealer and will do everything we can to make the show a success.  Hope to see you there on Saturday!

Thanks to all those who attended!  While the weather predictions were threatening, we had a nice sunny day for the entire show.  We had Cadillacs from 1937 through 1992 on the show field, as well as a nice assortment of other makes of cars.  The DJ was excellent, and our hosts at Kelly Cadillac could not have been more supportive.

Congratulations to our Best of Show (Cadillac/LaSalle) winner, David Forry, for his 1959 Cadillac  Fleetwood Sixty Special.
