I need to get '56 heads done.  Is it normal to grind the valves, or replace?  I have the heads off, but not sure how bad the valves are.  Let shop decide? 

Anyway, any recommendations for a good shop in the NW New Jersey area?

Isnt therea place in Maple Shades that does all of this? I think I saw them in Hemmings under restoration.
